True but I would expect a seller to disclose when the horse does have a dangerous past. A trainer I used to work for flat out lied to some perspective buyers when they ask if the horse had ever bucked under saddle. The trainer looked me and the buyer right in the face and answered no even though this horse had bucked her off just days earlier. Of course the horse looked dead as a door nail when the prospective buyers came because the trainer had her students lunge the horse 4 times before they even came to see her. Those are the kind of sales tactics that I can't stand. Thankfully I think this particular trainer is finally out of business for good after several lawsuits.
