I love beet pulp. I used to feed TDI Senior to my old guy. It is Beet pulp based senior full feed, but I normally use it as a supplement for broodmares and youngsters too along with thier normal hay ration. Right now I use soaked beet pulp mixed with rice bran for my mare when she is in heavy work. If you go with rice bran you should not feed more than 1lb per 1000lb horse per day. There are detrimental effects for overfeeding rice bran.
