with all the usual stuff, especially WNV. For a foal with questionable immunity from the mare, that shot should be started at 4 mo., and is a two shot series. Other shots are generally not given to a foal until they are six months, as research shows that there is a conflict with immunity from the mare. However, since the mare's immunity is probably an unknown, chat with the vet about that.
