I don't think a 3 month old colt will get much if anything from the vaccinations. I would wait until the colt was a bit older to make sure the vaccinations take. I personally don't do any until 6 months old, but then again I make sure the mare has all her vaccinations 30 days before foaling so that the foal is protected.
