My horse has come up lame in a front leg going on a week now. Vet looked at him yest. did a cpl flexion tests as well as hoof testers, nothin!! No swelling or heat. A slight increase in digital pulse compared to other leg. Can it still be an abscess even when hoof testers arent revealing pain? He is way worse this morning. Keep in mind this horse is a wimp with pain And pls no one say the dreaded word navicular! Thnks in advance to your responses..
