Hello, Can people give me their opinion on a farrier question. If you have a new farrier and he quick nails your horse would you give him another chance or look for another farrier. Currently my horse is lame and we are watching her to see if she develops an abcess or worse. Vet pulled the nail yesterday. I was wondering if we should have put iodine in the hole? Please let me know what you think. Thank you.
