HELP...he won't stop chewing... Posted by Darby546 on 6/14/2009, 6:31 am 75.211.219.169 wood. My gelding is chewing his paddock down. Boredom...you bet...he is a pacer, gets daily turn out. I've tried jolly balls, boredom busters, you name it he just ignores them. We've tried the "quit chew", hot sauce, soap, etc..and the dumba@# likes they way it all tastes and seems like he is glad for the "seasoning". Anyone have any good home remedies? I'm concerned about colic..at this point.
