I do occasionally do a panacur power pac as well. I usually don't bother with oxibendazole, piperazine or pyrantel pamoate as they have very high resistance reported Tapeworms are not a problem where I live, so I don't bother with the praziquntel either. This is for adult horses, foals have special considerations.
