and I couldn't be happier. I did have a broker that searched for me, but he was someone known to me.
I use my truck for trips to Tahoe, and I would not even consider doing it without 4WD. I've also had to pull out of mud, park in mud, drive on slippery driveways, etc. You have to consider that not all mud is the same.
I looked around the Bay Area, Sac, Fresno, Tahoe, etc. I had similar experiences with the trucks having too high mileage, cosmetic crap, lifted, etc. which is how I ended up buying out of TX. I simply got tired of looking at the junk they have for sale out here for the money they are asking.
