At least on a lot of this. As Dr. Bowker has said in his lectures, conformation is a point in time. I have fixed or at least vastly improved some congenital limb deviations that helped those horses stay much sounder than they would have been if no one had stepped in. It's quite amazing what can be done, but as always you need full radiographs and an exam by a veterinarian before you start anything.
