I think distilled acv is fine. I know people who buy those big gallon jugs at Costco."Employ your time in improving yourself by other men's writings, so that you shall gain easily what others have labored hard for." - Socrates
The raw ACV with mother is far better than the cheap ACV. But it does get pricey. To save money buy one bottle of the good stuff like Bragg's and then pour a little of it into the cheap big jugs so that the mother can grow in those jugs also. You won't get the probiotic health benefits from the cheap stuff without the mother added. Hmmmm.. Wonder if a piece of kumbachi scoby will grow in cheap ACV? I might try that as a test.
