Help with Restoring '72 SIII LWB -Norman OK

Looking for assistance in restoring a '72 SIII LWB into roadworthy condition, no need to be perfect, but this old lady has been sitting in my driveway for awhile, now the city wants me to move it or they'll tow! Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, willing to pay fair price for restoration, just currently overloaded with work and two kids, Thanks! Blake Pettus Norman, OK
