Hi there,
I own a 2000 Disco II - have had it for 3.5 yrs. Right now I have 2 issues I'd like to resolve on my own (and 1 for the dealership - P0734 code). I don't have a repair manual or any drawings, so bear with me. I'm trying to locate a replacement pin for the door hinge on the driver door. It's the pin that attaches to a latch that keeps the door from opening too far. Middle latch. Looked around at Atlantic Britsh to no avail. Haven't checked with the local Autozone yet - just researching from my office. Thought I'd check here to see if anyone knew offhand what the pin is called so I can locate and order online.
Also, my cd changer was acting up a year ago - not ejecting (seemed to happen after having problems reading a home made CD). We were able to pry it out and clean it and it worked well for the past year. Now I have a CD stuck so it won't eject. Any ideas on how to not spend $500 plus to fix/replace?
