Rooms and Teams

Ok - This seems like it would be easy, but I can't find a solution.

I have 16 teams (a-h and i-p) and 8 activities.
I want to have 8 rounds of play and match up the teams so that each team gets to compete in each activity once, with each team in a-p competing against each team in i-p exactly once.

Can anyone come up with a solution for this?
