There is a singing competition at the village hall, with 11 contestants, in which everybody can vote. There are enough people voting to make a complete ordering of 1..11 possible, but it is more likely that some contestants will get the same number of votes as others. How many permutations of results are possible?
Note: if the contestants are {a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k}, then the following count as 3 different permutations:
1. a
2. b
3. c
4. d
5. e
6. f
7. g
8. h
9. i
10. j
11. k
1. a
2. b
3= c, d
5. e
6. f
7. g
8. h
9. i
10. j
11. k
1. a
