Two circles of radius r and mr overlap (not over the centres) so that
they have a common chord of length 2c; c, m and r are integers, all > 1.
The measurements from the center of both circles to the chord,
and perpendicular to the chord, are both integers.
The measurement across the two circles perpendicular to the chord is 1890.
Find c and r.
