I simply can't see how...

If b = gallons at BASE and m = motorbike tank's capacity:
distance = [m(11b - 10m)] / [3(2b - m)]

Can you give me the gallons at BASE and the
motorbike tank's capacity for those 2 cases...
I wanna see why I ain't getting 'em!
