Inserting the 2 above restrictions, here's a 6-caser:
BASE, BikeTank, "a", trips
06720, 1344, 448, 09
07920, 1320, 480, 10
17640, 1260, 560, 18
24960, 1248, 576, 24
37170, 1239, 588, 34
76260, 1230, 600, 66

Total trips = trips BASE to stash1 + 4, of course.
