I was only considering the outcome of each game to be win,lose or tie.
If we use A beats C 20-0 and B beats C 19-0 therefore A is better than B then you are absolutely right, Mark.
However, if we stick with win,lose,tie then I think "sum of opponents' scores" is the fairest tiebreak.
