which type of puzzle it is plz reply

there are some competitions here in which ten or twelve sentences are given and we are given two or three words to fill the blank given in each sentence but we have to choose answer logically or grammatically. I searched and searched but did not know what is the name of this kind of puzzle i send an example of sentence if any body knows plz reply on shahzadrawalpindi@yahoo.com i will be thankful.
