I appreciate your being the first person to post a solution, but unfortunately it doesn't work. It is correct in that in it "connects" everyone to everyone, but the time-slot problem that I spoke of shows itself.
For example, look at Team 14's line. You have Team 14 playing Team 5 in Team 14's second game. That's fine. But when you look at Team 5's second game, you have Team 5 playing Team 13. Team 5 is thus scheduled to play two different teams (14 & 13) at the same time. This type on conflict shows up a lot in your solution.
