a drops off b at 240 (t=7)
a picks up c at 96 (t=10) and a drops off c at 288 (t=14)
a picks up d at 240 (t=15)
a is in the boat for 14 hours and never gets wet
b is in the boat for 5 hours and swims for 9 hours
c is in the boat for 4 hours and swims for 10 hours
d is in the boat for 1 hour and swims for 15 hours
