SOLUTION:
A takes the boat at beginning (and is ALWAYS the boat driver):
1- takes B to point 240 (5h @ 48mph); B swims remainder
2- returns to point 96 (3h @ 48mph); picks up C
3- takes C to point 288 (4h @ 48mph); C swims remainder
4- returns to point 240 (1h @ 48mph); picks up D
5- SUPERsalmon arrives: (1h @ 72mph); to final point 312:
-so A arrives with D 14 hours later (16 hours after D left)
-B anc C will arrive at exact same time
So answers are: 696,0,120,5
