Ok; a 2nd choice for Bob happens only if he didn't get car in 1st
(I'm pretty sure I got that right!)
So say the plan is pick door#1 as his 1st door.
So from your clue, the remainder of plan can only be (as example) to pick
door#2 if door#1 was key, or door#3 if goat.
That's the only way I can see both Bob's picks not being at random.
Yes/no?
