My program would have resolved this - but I didn't need a computer at all - you just have to make the Y's and N's match in the columns of the truth table. Here's the plan:
* Bob picks 1
* if it's a goat, he picks 2 next
* if it's a key, he picks 3 next
* Alice picks 3
* if it's a goat, she picks 2 next
* if it's a car, she picks 1 next
This yields a 2/3 chance of success:
Perm Bob Alice
==== === =====
CGK Y Y
CKG Y Y
GCK Y Y
GKC N N
KCG N N
KGC Y Y
