Thought I'd try a 1/4 ellipse (R on BC);
CR = minor, CQ = major.
Then straight line/cut PQ.
Got an amazing low of 1.76471.
PQ = 1.0000222
RQ = .7646881 (1/4 ellipse)
minor: .1583631
major: .6666667 ; well, 2/3
I used formula 2*pi*sqrt[(a^2 + b^2) /2] for ellipse perimeter.
Where did I goof?
