It all depends what you mean by 99 per cent accurate.
I assume you mean that if a player is using the drug the test gives a positive result 99 per cent of the time and a negative result 1 per cent of the time.
But what is the percentage of false positives? i.e what is the probability that the test gives a positive result when the player is not taking the drug.
