Are you sure that these two polynomials are meant to be equations? They both solve - so their "vertex" doesn't make sense to me?
The first one factorises to (x-15)(x-3), so x=15 or x=3.
The second one factorises to (x-6)(2*x+3), so x=-3/2 or x=6
