OK,,,Let me try this one...
Based on the infor provided::
I decided to take five days off and go get several things hidden by friends. I decided to look for things placed by five different people (including Fred), each on a different day. Each person hid a different type of container (one is a box). Each thing had been hidden for a different amount of time, so each contained a different number of balls (6, 7, 8, 9, or 10).
From the information provided, determine the day on which I found the thing, who hid the thing and the number of balls in the container when I found it.
1. Steve’s thing, a jar, contained 9 balls.
2. Bobs’ thing contained 3 fewer balls than the thing I found on the 2nd day.
3. I found the coffee canister exactly two days after I found the thing hidden by Tom. I found Jake’s thing on the 1st day.
4. Tom’s thing contained 1 more ball than the Suitcase.
5. Jake’s thing contained exactly 4 more balls as the cache I found on the 4th day.
6. I didn’t find the gift bag on the 3rd day.
