Well, the 1966 Batman Theme is available on the 1966 Batman movie soundtrack. I'm putting a link below. As far as sound effects, there is no resource for those besides the show episodes themselves. You'll need to track down someone who has recorded them off of broadcast TV. Best of luck on that!
