Posted by Lee I'm trying to locate the words and/or music to a 45rpm single from that era that has titles like "Batman & Robin" and "The Batmobile" or similar. The lyrics feature snippets like these: "We're behind the wheel..of the Batmobile..it's fun, fun, fun to drive it everyday" and "Bustin' crime is just their job.. makin' things tough for that underworld mob" I don't know what artist/group recorded this single, but I'm sure it was a relatively unknown one. So, does this jog anyone's thoughts? If you have any ideas or info about this, please email me and I will pass it along to our Bat-friend in need. Thanks.

OK, everyone put on your thinking caps and dig down deep in your memories! I was emailed with this question, see if you can help me out here:
During the mid-to-late sixties during the Bat-Craze, as you have well documented, several musical groups/bands/tributes/fast-buck artists capitalized on the rush by recording singles and albums. To this day, there is a 45rpm single that haunts me it was so burned into my mind at the time.
