HOORAY! My copy arrived today, and it's perfect timing, Doc, 'cause I'm sick in bed and this has really cheered me up. I love how it's just like reading Harpies--such a friendly, conversational tone to the whole thing. And you even found a place for your beloved Paula! I meant to start at the beginning and go straight through--and I probably will one of these days. But, as you suggest at the beginning, it's lots of fun just to read here and there. ("Oh, I love this episode! What did David say about it?")
Mostly, I am just SO PROUD of you. This is a tremendous amount of work, research, and love!
