I don't think that was ever filmed. But according to Billy's LinkedIn profile, he has a Bewitched spoof in the works and have given up hair styling.

Billy talked a little about this very topic at Fan Fare. He said he couldn't get enough funding so they had to bag it...and it really wouldn't have been an EM biopic per se...it would've been about Billy's spiritual journey after Liz died based on his book. Liz appeared to him as a spirit.
