Oldest Operating Safeways in Puget Sound

I visited the Safeway (#329) at 1112 S. "M" St., Tacoma, for the first time today. Even though it did get a minor facelift (pharmacy and new wall graphics) around 1996, it is definitely a throwback. It opened in June 1957 -- an interesting post-pylon, pre-Marina period. I believe that this store is the Tacoma store in the 1950s Safeway photo album on the Groceteria site. From the outside, the gable has been obscured by a boxy white facade... not sure when that was put up, but it bears a label scar from the old Helvetica-type Safeway signage, so it can't be too new. There were major remodels in 1966 and 1980 -- the flooring and some of the refrigeration look like they date back to '66. It was doing a very brisk business late this afternoon -- at least for a 23,000-square foot store. I grabbed a store map so you can see how they've laid out such a small space. That leads me to a question -- what is the oldest Safeway in operation in the Puget Sound area? Is there anything left in Seattle that pre-dates this store? If I recall correctly, the Shelton store is pretty old, too, but the Mason County Assessor's online information doesn't give the age of that building (and it's been completely remodeled).
