The Ohio Big Bear chain operated in both Ohio and W. Va. and was a casualty of Penn Traffic's (their parent company since purchasing them in the late '80's I believe) latest bankruptcy. There's been talk of a revival of the banner but nothing really that's nothing more than speculation so far.
