just stumbled on your oldbowen site. Lived at 7000 s. bishop wheni went to st john of god and st. josephs. we moved to Humbolt park at north and california. from 1957-1974 lived at 1531n. california ave. my dad had the Midnite Sun tavern , I used to go to moishe pippic hot dog stand at least twicw a week for 15 years also the mid city dairy. Thewas a o henry hamburger across from Riverview park i went to Gordon Tech graduated in 67 also brother went to lane. sister went to madonna. Boy i miss white castle. I taught motorcycle safety at the armory on 55th and cottage in 1980. I could go on for hours, but i knew a lot of the places you guys hung out on the south. I spent time at cominskey park. Flew a cessna out of midway. saw the blackhawks. The harlem globetrotters in the 50 s.....stop...
