I just saw the NBC Nighttime news, they finished with the sad news that Kiddieland is finally ending its long run in the Chicago area. That place and Riverview (long gone) were the special events of our young lives. Too bad that the newer generation will now be forced to participate in the cardboard facsimiles under names like Six Flags and King's Dominion (a few miles from me.) Any good stories about Kiddieland folks?
