Hello, A friend of mine seen a orange hopper that was repainted and recently repaired hopper. He said it had solar panels or what looked like solar panels mounted on the ends of the hopper. Any ideas of what these hoppers are used for? These hoppers where heading north in Upper Sandusky, Ohio area.
