Does anyone have any information about the CH&D railroad tunnel near Blackford, OH. It was located 4 miles south of town, under Dry Ridge Tunnel/Negro Creek Rod, .5 miles south of Telegraph Hill. It was built and abandoned in 1916. My grandfather, Samuel Pleasant Wood was a watchman for this tunnel and another one in the area. We went looking for the tunnel last year, but couldn't find it.
