I am still a prefect in a private boarding
school and you should always listen to the prefects they know whats good you..
Yes i know my name is the same as the prefect from the bully..I look just like him ..
If you want to know how to make a prefect you friend ..
Just appology even if you did not do it ..
We prefects have a tendecy to belive any one who says they are sory..
