Request mast with your Company Commander. This Corporal's deviant behavior is punishable. If your Company Commander does nothing, request mast to the Battalion Commander and up the line until someone takes action. If this does not work, file a complaint with your base lawyers - I guarantee someone will take notice and heads will roll.
