Have you never heard of the laws protecting one from workplace harrassment? It doesn't matter if you let others (such as bosses) know what's going on. If they can't do something about it, then you may very well have a harrassment case against all of them.
Be strong! Don't look at them as "bullies." If you do, it's your own fault. Rather, look at them as other human beings who stand to gain/lose just as much as any other human being. Never be scared to stand up for your rights, especially since you have just as much right to work without being harrassed as anyone else.
