I appreciate what you're saying - Steve - and you're right IF 'we' look at the bigger picture. But - really - each person is totally 100% responsible for what THEY say and do. Should someone ELSE have stepped in and saved Shaun from the abuse?? Absolutely. But their failure to do so still doesn't take away ANY of the blame that rests upon the bullies shoulders.
