tell these bullies that you are there to work and don;t have time for their games, if they can't understand that kick the shit out of them, they are asking for it..I myself don't believe in violence, but some people need their asses kicked
I never had that problem maybe because I grew up in a tough neighborhood and learned to defend myself when needed, but Ill tell you some did try and do the same to me, but I did not go out for advise on what to do, I took action and kicked the shit out off them and they never tryed it again, actually they became afraid of me.
I'm not telling you to go out and beat them up so they can be afraid of you, but respect is sometimes gained that way, Good luck Brother. PEACE
