Find out what embarrasses the bully. If bullies want to throw the "gay" card around, sign them up for every free gay magazine you can. Some, like the ADVOCATE are cheap & if you want you can buy them a subscription with a money order. Have it delivered to an address where others will see it when it arrives (like the most nosey neighbor they have). If you have their e-mail address, sign them up for every disgusting type of fetish you can (do not sign them up from your e-mail box/program ... Build a fake account on Yahoo or some other mail service if you must e-mail anything). Simply entering their name & e-mail in an on-line contest sponsored by an adult site can get them on a ton of mailing lists.
Have stuff delivered to the school address in their name c/o...
Finally, DO NOT TELL ANYONE YOU ARE DOING THIS. You could get in trouble. It's safe as long as you are discrete.
When I was in school, there were (2) people who bullied me. I did this to them & they changed schools! It works ... but be totally discrete. Tell NOBODY...NOBODY!
