but if someone did to me, I would probably just lose it and beat them until someone physically restrained me or they were lying on the floor with blood everywhere.
Humilation makes you feel helpless, but it's not true - you're just as powerful now as you were before it, but you will only feel as powerful when you beat the crap out of the person who dared to do this to you.
