This is my Great Uncle. He served in wwI I have his discharge paspers from 1919, showing he was gassed in Germany. I also have a copy of newspaper clipping when he was drafted. His discharge papers list him as Joe Bud Burroughs. His brother was my Grandfather, John Walter Burroughs. This family is from Greenville, TX. He has a nephew stil living, 75 yrs. His name is William Henry Burroughs. I do not know where
Uncle Bud went after he got out of the army. I know he had a son, and moved up around the Texas Okla border. Hope this helps, Peggy Woodard
