I have family info. on Burroughs' starting in 1775. This is descending order: Raymond, Robert Raymond, George Raymond, Charles Walter, George Willard and me.
Raymond's father is possibly John, I have not confirmed this yet. The Burroughs family came in to the USA through NY down to the southern states across from Florida and up into Okla.. I also have a cousin with you exact name. I have kin from coast to coast. If you think there is a possible connection contact me.
