Hi Carolyn - I don't think that I have your person. The closest that I have is a Mary E. Diggs b. 1837 in Mathews who married a (Unknown) Hudgins, but I have this Mary's parentage as John W. Diggs and Sarah Elizabeth Brooks. I wish I could be of more help. Good luck!
