Buses built in Ireland??

I have a bet with someone that current buses are built in Ireland cause I heard some guy from Dublin bus on Newstalk 106 last Thursday express similar sentiments. Seemingly they used to get them from Bombardier but now they are built or assembled in Ireland!?!?!? Can anyone confirm this? Thx
